Sa conduca, adica sa produca rezultate catre prosperitate

Ceea ce am vazut in interviul de acum 7 luni cu cei doi domni, dl Prim Ministru si dl Presedinte Partid, am vazut doi oameni slabi care nu emana siguranta ca stiu ce au de facut pentru rolurile lor foarte importante prin care conduc Romania.

Aceasta siguranta se citeste peste eventualele emotii. Aceasta siguranta se citeste in atitudinea in raspunsuri indiferent de intrebari si se construieste pe fundamente de valori personale si daca se poate, pe valori colective. In cazul dumnealor, si pe zeci de ani de politica de partid care cred ca trebuie sa insemne pe langa influente, programe, marketing de partid, trebuie sa insemne cunoasterea realitatii oamenilor si a tarii si trebuie sa insemne evolutia fiecarui membru.

Astfel incat, daca menirea partidului de a conduce se implineste, acestia sa fie pregatiti sa conduca.

A conduce nu a se instala. A conduce, adica navigare in realitate nationala si internationala cu luare de atitudine, decizii strategice si reprezentare profesionista.

Sa conduca adica sa produca rapid rezultate catre prosperitatea tarii, incadrata intr-un framework European si intr-un framework Global.

Am vazut si interviul cu dl Prim Ministru in Paris acum cateva zile si am sesizat o evolutie in atitudine si in siguranta. Si cand sa pot sa spun ca pare ca incepe sa stie ce are de facut, are mai multa siguranta si curaj, aflu ca va fi demis.

Mediocritatea cu orgolii de putere nu lasa loc evolutiei.

In modul la care merg lucrurile acum, nivelul este din ce in ce mai down, oamenii ajungand sa priveasca, cu complacere cum copiii lor sunt opriti sa evolueze, cu toata inteligenta crescanda cu care se nasc, ca si cum ar trebui sa isi salveze parintii.

Am ajuns sa cred din ce in ce mai mult, ca singura sansa este ca partidele politice sa ia o pauza, sa se reinventeze, sa isi angajeze coacheri din tara si strainatate si sa revina pregatiti peste cativa ani, timp in care tara sa fie condusa pe criterii tehnocrate, de catre oameni eficienti, curajosi, cu atitudine de leaderi, care sa repare legile, care stiu sa lucreze in echipa, sa reprezinte cu responsabilitate, pentru ca vad rezultatele muncii lor.

My Perception On The Change

A few words regarding my perception on The Change:

The Changes are beneficial than, when being adopted, help people, companies, countries to evolve, to go on the direction to the meant they understood they have.

But it is important to Change what is needed. The Changes are generated through experiences. Usually, those that have passed through a Change and arrived on the superior levels of echilibrum, performance, have had extraordinary experiences, being able to overcome their difficulties.

In these times, people are giving too much bases on the idea that it is important to pass through difficulties because only like this you can evolve; therefore, it is not prioritized the attention to support, in order that, difficult moments to be more easily overcome; and it is not easy to take the best decisions in difficult situations.

People that can do this have important highlights values, open heart, determination and hope; they are able to give support to the others, if they account an open attitude. When people are opened, there are chances for an open attitude in companies, into the society.

The fact is, that if till now we could say that the inside Change, when is needed, can bring a lot of benefits, now it is mandatory, it is with the must. Because I think, these times are for everybody.

The Change, from the moment of realizing its results, becomes a way of life, that might appear to be difficult, but being well managed, can bring wise, happy moments, accomplishments, evolution, that could drive to both types of benefits: individual and collective thinking.

I think People that arrive to embrace, with Happiness, a True Personal Change, are People that are finding in their hearts Love.

There’s a saying: With Love, can move mountains.

I think True Love gives That Magical Force that can only gives Happiness.

Cateva cuvinte despre perceptia mea asupra Schimbarii:

Schimbarile sunt benefice atunci cand, adoptate fiind, ajuta oamenii, companiile, tarile, sa evolueze, sa mearga pe directiile menirilor pe care acestia au inteles ca le au.

Dar este important ca Schimbarea sa fie acolo unde este necesara. Schimbarile sunt generate prin experiente. De obicei, cei care au trecut printr-o Schimbare si au ajuns la nivele superioare de echilibru, performanta, au avut experiente deosebite, fiind capabili sa depaseasca obstacole si dificultati atunci cand s-au confruntat cu acestea.

In aceste vremuri, oamenii pun prea multa baza pe ideea ca este important sa treci prin dificultati pentru ca, doar asa poti sa evoluezi; de aceea, este mai putin prioritizata atentia pentru suport, astfel incat, momentele dificile sa fie mai usor de gestionat; si, de asemenea, nu este usor sa iei cele mai bune decizii in situatii dificile.

Cei care pot sa faca acest lucru, au de obicei valori importante ca si referinta, open heart, determinare si speranta; sunt capabili sa ofere suport celorlalti daca intalnesc o atitudine deschisa. Atunci cand oamenii sunt deschisi, sunt mai multe sanse pentru o atitudine colectiva deschisa, in companii, in societate.

Chestia este ca daca pana acum am fi putut sa spunem ca Schimbarea interioara, atunci cand este necesara, poate sa aduca multe beneficii, acum, este obligatorie, este cu trebuie. Pentru ca, eu cred ca aceste timpuri sunt pentru toata lumea.

Schimbarea, din momentul realizarii rezultatelor acesteia, devine un mod de viata, care ar putea sa para ca fiind dificil, insa bine gestionat, poate sa aduca intelepciune, momente de fericire, realizari, evolutie, toate acestea putant duce catre beneficii atat pentru gandirea individuala cat si pentru cea colectiva.

This is possible, I had this experience in 2012, when I launched an Event Concept :

5 o’clock @6 o’clock Lifestyle & Business Casual Events

I was thinking to write about it a few weeks ago when, on LinkedIn, a challenging question met me : `Do you think is possible to organize an Event Zero Budget? `

This experience was a performance I can say, because The Challenge was to organize a high quality event; I had Zero Initial Budget; The event has been paid and every person that participated in organizing the event, have been paid from attendees participation fee and through selling simple but with effect accessories that I’ve been created to wear the Concept.

Value and Quality were bases for the choices I made for this event, the purpose for the Concept  5 o’clock @ 6 o’clock, Lifestyle & Business Casual Events being to provide a suitable framework for quality business networking, for brand awarness and personal branding, for promoting valuable ideeas, concepts, projects, products and services, talents.

In 15 November 2012, the first 5 o’clock @ 6 o’clock Lifestyle & Business Casual Event took place at Readers Cafe in Metropolis Center in Bucharest, a nice place with relaxing atmosphere.

DSC_0414_1The theme that I’ve chosen was Ikebana & Business Networking, defined through elegance, harmony, valuable business contacts.

Business Networking, because in a professional way, can increase the premises for efficient business partnerships and for getting results.

DSC_0410_1Ikebana, “the way of flowers”,  because, in addition to the beautiful natural arrangements that give a good mood and feeling watching them, Ikebana means „keeping touch with nature, a cult for beauty”, that could help in „focusing on your way”.

I’ve created 5 o’clock @ 6 o’clock, Lifestyle & Business Casual Events an Event Concept designed to propose a business casual framework for workshops on various topics of personal development and business development, combined with lifestyle subjects and responsible` business connected to the society` activities.

Managing performance in professional activities, with knowhow, experiences, finding elements that we like, with a bit passion, we can be more efficient, responsible, creative in creating results

The results are different, because, besides the material results, it is about determination, satisfaction, motivation, appreciating existed values and abilities, all these conducting to the company, business, project engagement.

DSC_0042_1At this event, have been participated entrepreneurs, employees, people that during 3 hours had interesting experiences when they braided professional business networking, with a challenged combination between business practices and Ikebana, a Japanese art for spiritual calm and focus exercising.

The feedback from all participants was very good, besides they found good mood and relax atmosphere, they took new and challenging information, practices that could be applied in business and everyday life, and they met people that could be important connections.

501They have bought accessories Bright Braids, created and prepared to wear the Concepts: accessories for hair, for women and girls, that offer uniqueness to the hairstyle being added with imagination and ingenuity; scarves and pocket scarves for men.

Through experiences, quality events without initial budget but with knowhow, fairplay, determination, can happen, but

To enhance the continuity of the Events Concept, is surely needed a budget for efficient marketing and communication

The third part of the event was dedicated to open business networking, in a nice space, with live music and special flower designs, like

How can cybernetics help the changes and the innovation that people need?

*My description on cybernetics could be:

system googleThe Economical Cybernetics is math applied on economy , based on relevant experiences, observations, that help to create micro and macro economical models; it is important to count on fitted and accurate statistical data;

~These models need to be transformed into logical flowcharts  and after that, into programs that help to implement the economical models.


Combining a structured, logical thinking
, with a way to feel, that arrives to help to observe and to understand the things around and with a fitted way to communicate, the new cybernetics goals could be achieved:

*efficiency, efficacya systemical view of the situation in order to be able to make connections between the systemsa growth of a dynamical network,  a good base on decisional activity

*Building a holistical thinking, with interdependances

The dependents are good and needed; Freedom doesn’t mean to not depends on anybody, but the dependents need to be fitted.

~Freedom could mean the courage to exprim in a way feelings and thoughts

*As the ancient greek, the origine kybernetike, the freedom for thoughts and feels is very important in cybernetics.

In the present and for the future, the new cybernetics with creativity could stand for the change, when is needed and for the innovation.

A project with new planning, “connecting leadership”, that can make people happy

I’m writing this article with the willing to propose The Noble Rings project, created with the occasion of The Olympic Games, London 2012, becoming actual in this olympic year, for The Olympic Games, Rio 2016

*The Noble Rings is a valuable project, not only because I believe on it, but for :

~the values it represents, the olympic values: respect, dignity, faith, open heart, determination, tenacity, optimism, energy, teamplay…

~the benefits that its implementation and its communication could generate

~the feedback I’ve received in 2012

Here, I posted an opinion regarding the planning:

Planning could mean in a few words: setting priorities, times, actives needed, time to focus

Arrived to be difficult to make plans on long periods of time.

leadershipIt is good to make a new Gantt, a little bit different, based on choosing well the most efficient actives, needed for each activity.

All these will give a picture for the project status, will give an efficient budget needed, will give the shorter time needed to implement the project.

But I think at these times, we need to move quickly and to see fast results;

The projects “connected with the society” like Noble Rings could bring fast results through the benefits for the companies that implement it and through the fact that can make people happy;

Aceasta zi, s-a concretizat la Colegiul National de Arta Octav Bancila din Iasi, prin doua ore, 12-14, in care am reusit sa impletim sport, muzica, interactivitate, deschidere

 

Cred ca nonformalul presupune implicare, responsabilitate, idei noi. Privit ca un potentator al elementelor bune cu care vine formalul si primit cu deschidere, poate sa aduca o schimbare

Am ales sportul, pentru ca sportul cred ca este una dintre cele mai importante activitati care stau la temelia dezvoltarii noastre. Motivul sau cel putin unul dintre motive, poate fi acela ca odata ce il includem in viata noastra, acesta potenteaza tot ce e bun din activitatile noastre de zi cu zi.

La Colegiul National de Arta Octav Bancila Iasi, care poarta numele pictorului Octav Bancila ( 1872-1944) si unde traditia se imbina cu performanta, am gasit portile deschise pentru sport.

Aici, profesorii si elevii doresc „ sa fie maestri intr-o lume care le apartine” prin aprecierea initiativei, dezvoltarea potentialului creativ, imbinarea pregatirii teoretice cu cea artistica.

Directorii Colegiului au primit cu empatie propunerea, accentuand faptul ca” pentru elevii scolii, care se dedica mai mult timp activitatilor artistice cum sunt pictura, muzica, desenul…, sportul, miscarea, sunt o binefacere”.

Profesorii de sport au participat activ la activitate, incantati atunci cand s-a vorbit despre sport, incantati sa-si vada elevii acceptand cu bucurie activitatea si rezonand la sport, muzica si joy.

Trebuia sa fie sport, trebuia sa placa, sa fie acceptat de catre tinerii care participau

Sport si muzica, elemente de dans, de aerobic pe muzica…a fost o alegere buna pentru aceasta activitate.

 Club Moving Iasi, impreuna cu antrenorii de zumba, au aratat o deschidere si au raspuns cu profesionalism acestei propuneri.

Primele cateva minute s-au desfasurat intr-un cadru interactiv, am discutat despre beneficiile sportului, despre sporturile practicate, am aflat pareri legate de ceea ce inseamna si ce presupune performanta, ce inseamna competitia, ce admira cel mai mult la sportivii de performanta, care sunt valorile sportului, ce au in comun sportul, muzica, arta

O concluzie creionata cu cateva dintre cele discutate ar fi ca:

*  sportul, ca si muzica si arta, este o forma de exprimare a propriilor valori,

beneficiile sportului sunt legate de partea estetica, aspect fizic, de sanatate, de relaxare, practicarea unui hobby, socializare, apropiere de echilibru cu tine insuti si cu cei din jur

performanta ar putea fi incercarea, dorinta de a fi din ce in ce mai bun in ceea ce faci, in fiecare zi, de a face cu placere ceea ce faci, pe lange ceea ce trebuie pentru atingerea obiectivelor, de a te bucura de fiecare realizare

*pentru competitie, e important sa fii in competitie cu tine insuti mai intai, sa-ti cunosti valorile; conteaza si cadrul competitional care trebuie sa fie unul corect, potrivit

caracteristicile sportivilor de performanta sunt aduse la scara de valori intr-o competitie cum este olimpiada, cand putem vorbi despre valorile olimpismului: determinare, tenacitate, teamwork,  respect, fairplay, energie, credinta, optimism…

Aprecierile tinerilor, aprecierile profesorilor si manifestarea dorintei ca astfel de activitati sa se repete, au adus multumire celor care s-au implicat si cred, ca toate acestea, pot fi premise pentru alte actiuni de responsabilitate pentru tineri

A day of youth, a responsibility for the young adults through sport, a nonformal educational day

Friday, 10.10.2014, a youth, a responsibility for the young adults, a nonformal education day… During 2 hours, from 12 to 14 o’clock, when we arrived to braid the sport, music, interactivity, the openness...we tried to spend nice the semnification of this day, at National College of Art Octav Bancila, Iasi

I think that nonformal requires commitment, responsibility, new ideas…When it is seen like an ehancer for the good elements brought by the formal and welcomed with openness, it can make a change…

The sport was the main element of the activity because, I think the sport is one of the most important activity that can stay at the foundation of our development. The reason or at least one of the reasons, could be that, once we include the sport in our lives, it can enhance the good parts of our daily activities.

 

At the National College of Art Octav Bancila, Iasi, that has the name of the painter Octav Bancila ( 1872 – 1944) and where the tradition is combining with the performance, we found the doors opened for the sport.

Here, teachers and pupils, `would like ” to be masters” through the appreciation of the initiative, through the development of the creative potential, combining the theoretical training with arts…`

The directors of the College, received with empathy the proposal: ” for the pupils of this school, who are dedicating more part of the time to the artistic activities like painting, music, drawing, the sport is very beneficial”

The sport teachers have been participated at the activity, being  happy when we talked about the sport. They were also happy to see the pupils accepted with enthusiasm the activity, resonated with the sport, the music, the joy…

It had to be sport, to be joy, to be accepted by the young people…

Sport and music, the dance elements, the aerobic elements on the music...were a good choice for this activity.

The Moving Club Iasi, along with the zumba trainers,  showed openness and responded with professionalism at this proposal.

The first few minutes have been conducted in an interactive framework, when we have talked about the sport benefits, about the sports that they are practicing...we found opinions about what means and what implies the performance, what means the competition, what are the most admired qualities of the athletes that are making performance, which are the sport values, what have in common the sport, music, art…

A conclusion, drawn with a  part of the things we have talked about, could be:

* the sports, like music, art, is a form of expression for the own values…

* the sport benefits are related with the aesthetical part, the healthy part, relaxation, a hobby practicing, the socialization, the approach to the equlibrum with yourself and with the others

* the performance could be the attempt, the wish to be better and better on your daily activities, to do with pleasure what you do, besides what you have to do, to achieve your performance, to enjoy every and each achievement

* for the competition, it is important to be in competition with yourself first, to know your values; it is also very important the competitional framework that has to be a correct, a fitted one

*the athletes who are making performance skills, are brought to the level of values in a competition like olympic games, when we can speak about the olympic values: determination, tenacity, teamwork, respect, fairplay, energy, faith, optimism…

The pupils, the teachers appreciations and showed wishes to repeat that these kind of activities, brought thankfull those who have been involved and I think that all of these, could be premises for other responsibilities activities for the pupils…

Pe 15 Noiembrie 2012, am lansat prin Hearty Concept, proiectul pentru evenimente 5 o’clock @ 6 o’clock, Lifestyle & Business Casual Events.

Am creat Conceptul de Eveniment 5 o’clock @ 6 o’clock, Lifestyle & Business Casual Events pentru a crea un cadru business casual, pentru organizarea de workshopuri pe diverse teme de dezvoltare personala si dezvoltarea afacerii,  impletite cu subiecte care tin de lifestyle.

Scopul organizarii unui eveniment in acest format, este sa ne ajute sa imbinam armonios viata profesionala, cu ceea ce ne place si ceea ce ne dorim in viata privata.

Aceasta impletire inseamna de fapt, incercarea de a gasi un echilibru intre profesie, familie, prieteni, hobby-urile si aspiratiile noastre.

Daca reusim sa ne desfasuram activitatea profesionala gasind acele elemente care ne plac si in care putem, pe langa knowhow si experienta, sa punem si un strop de pasiune,  putem fi mult mai eficienti, responsabili si nu in ultimul rand, creativi.

Rezultatele vor fi altele, pentru ca, pe langa rezultatele materiale, sunt cele care vin din satisfactia muncii, din motivatie, recunoasterea valorii; valoare, care exista cu siguranta in fiecare dintre noi.

Tema primului eveniment care a avut loc pe data de 15.11.2012 la Readers Cafe, Metropolis Center Bucharest, a fost :

Ikebana, the way of flowers

Ikebana, „the way of flowers”  , pentru ca pe langa aranjamentele naturale minunate care iti dau o stare de bine, inseamna intoarcerea la natura, cult pentru frumos.

Business Networking, pentru ca atunci cand este facut intr-un mod profesionist, creste premisele dezvoltarii afacerilor sau ale realizarilor unor aspiratii personale.

Acest  eveniment, la care au participat antreprenori, reprezentand domenii de activitate diferite si unde au avut loc cateva activitati practice, la care cei prezenti , au participat cu mult entuziasm si energie, a fost organizat in colaborare cu  IEBN, Institutul European de Business Networking.

Evenimentul s-a incheiat cu professional networking, muzica live, cu care Andrei Neagu, intr-o atmosfera placuta, oferita de Readers Cafe si presarata cu aranjamente florale, ca intr-o Ikebana a bunei dispozitii.

On November 15, 2012, through Hearty Concept, I have launched the project 5 o’clock @ 6 o’clock, Lifestyle & Business Casual Events format.

I have created 5 o’clock @ 6 o’clock, Lifestyle & Business Casual Events an Event Concept that propose a business casual framework for workshops on various topics of personal development and business development, combined with lifestyle related topics.

The purpose of organizing an event in this format is to help us, to armonious braid our professional life with what we like and what we want to do in our particular life.
This blend is actually trying to find a balance between professional part of our life, family, friends, hobbies and aspirations.

The air of the event is completed with the location where it takes place, a place chosen to create a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

The theme of the first event that took place on 15.11.2012 at Readers Cafe, Bucharest Metropolis Center, was:

Ikebana, the way of flowers

Ikebana, “the way of flowers”,  because, in addition to the beautiful natural arrangements that give a good feeling watching them, Ikebana means keeping touch with nature, a cult for beauty.

Business Networking, because when it is done in a professional manner, increases premises for business development or achieving personal aspirations.

The event was attended by entrepreneurs, from different domains of activity, in collaboration with IEBN, European Institute of Business Networking, that made a demonstration of business networking with enthusiasm and fun practical activities. 

Mrs Sanda Lazur, professor and expert in Ikebana was continued the wellbeing: “the goal of this art is to find the calm and the spiritual focus, as you find your way, the way to yourself”.

After that, the event was dedicated to business networking, with a background of very nice live music, Andrei Neagu delighted us, in a pleasant atmosphere provided of the Readers Cafe and dotted with flower arrangements, like in an Ikebana of wellbeing.
