Mamele care folosesc device-uri mobile, asteapta mai multa usurinta in utilizare a acestora, de la marketeri.

Daca majoritatea consumatorilor se bazeaza pe telefoanele mobile din comoditate si pentru a face economii, atunci mamele au nevoie de cel putin de doua ori mai mult – ele adesea gestioneaza atat vietile lor cat si pe cea a familiei cat e ziua de lunga, in fiecare zi si la orice ora.
Utilizatoare infocate de telefon mobil, mamele se bazeaza pe smartphone pentru a organiza eficient viata de familie, pentru a face cumparaturi, pentru a duce o viata foarte ocupata.

Mamele, in procent mai mare decat restul populatiei, au un smartphone, spun cercetarile intreprinse de Baby Center, iar utilizarea acestora de catre mame a atins cote nemaiintalnite intre 2009 si 2011.

Desi odinioara smartphone-urile erau utilizate preponderent de tineri, tendinta este de schimbare, dupa cum comunica reteaua de publicitate mobila Greystripe.
La sfarsitul trimestrului 1 al acestui an, mai mult de jumatate din mamele utilizatoare de smartphone-uri aveau varste cuprinse intre 45 si 54 de ani, iar printre celelalte erau si mame de 55 de ani si peste.
Aceste femei sunt in criza de timp si au nevoie de informatii si echipamente care sa le ajute sa isi organizeze viata mai bine – aici este marea sansa a marketerilor.

Katherine Witsch, vice-presedinte si director de planificare de grup la The Martin Agency, a declarat pentru revista eMarketer ca acele marci care incearca sa ajunga la mame prin intermediul telefonului mobil ar trebui “mai intai sa creeze ceva ce stiu ca mama ar impartasi altor mame; apoi sa o faca sa isi foloseasca telefonul mobil pentru a fi mai eficienta.”
